GANDERBAL, July 16: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir today convened a meeting at DC office, here to review the progress of Mission Youth schemes, Sanklap and Skilling Courses in the district.
During the meeting, the DC reviewed the progress of several initiatives under the Mission Youth programme viz. Mumkin, Tejaswini, and the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative.
The discussion also covered various Skill Development courses, awareness camps, and other relevant parameters of the scheme.
Emphasizing the importance of youth engagement, the DC directed the Assistant Director of Employment to expedite progress under Mission Youth by conducting awareness and registration camps involving local youth across the district. This initiative aims to ensure that maximum youth benefit from the self-employment opportunities provided. |
