Jammu, July 17: Pakistan is imposing the Punjab model in Jammu and Kashmir to spoil the younger generation of the Union Territory. On the one hand, Pakistan-based terror mentors are smuggling narcotics to spoil the youth of J&K, on the other hand, the money earned through this illegal bussiness is utilized to fund terror groups active in the Union Territory and other parts of the country.
During the last three months, six infiltration attempts have been foiled by the security forces on the Line of Control (LoC) and International Border (IB). Apart from recovering arms and ammunition from the infiltrators, forces also recovered drugs from the intruders killed during these attempts.

Recently J&K Police busted a module involved in collecting drugs smuggled from across the LoC.

Recently Jammu and Kashmir Police busted a module involved in collecting drugs smuggled from across the Line of Control (LoC) and supplying the same in different parts of the country to fund terror groups.
Three persons were arrested in this connection in north Kashmir and drugs worth Rs 50 crore were recovered from their possession.
According to the police, the drugs were smuggled from across the LoC and the cost of this drug was Rs 50 crore. Notably, cash cash worth Rs. 12,63,500 was also recovered from this possession. All the arrested persons had links with Pakistan-based handlers.
