Ladakh, July 22: The NCC ‘C’ Certificate Examination for the training year 2023-24 for cadets of 1 Ladakh Bn NCC was successfully conducted at EJM College, Leh, on 20 Jul and 21 Jul 24.
The examination was conducted in two parts, practical exam was held on 20 Jul 24 and written exam on 21 Jul 24. The practical exam included tests in drill, weapon training, map reading, communication and in field & battle craft. The written exam was a three-hour paper that assessed the theoretical knowledge of the cadets.
This significant event marks the culmination of three years of rigorous NCC training for the cadets, providing them with a valuable certification that enhances their employment prospects.
Brigadier Deepak Sajjanhar, SM, Gp Cdr, oversaw the conduct of these exams and provided invaluable guidance and motivation to the cadets. This year, the NCC ‘C’ Certificate Examination saw participation of 30 boys (SD cadets) and 54 girls (SW cadets) from the Ladakh region. |
