RAJOURI, July 22: The youth of remote areas of Peda, Rajouri showed great inclination towards joining the Armed Forces, however lack of guidance & awareness of Agniveer Scheme is proving to be an impediment in enabling these youth to join the Armed Forces. The purpose of the meet was to motivate & educate the youth to get them selves enrolled through Agniveer Scheme. This event was a noble undertaking by the Army Camp to train & motivate the youth of the area, thereby, further strengthening the bond between Indian Army and Awam. To make the event more fascinating, a friendly cricket match was organised followed by an interactive session for the young Agniveer aspirants. A total of 60 young aspirants participated in the said event. |
