| 3- Week long refresher courses concludes | | |

Jammu, Mar 19- The 3- week long refresher courses in oriental languages and social sciences organized by Academic Staff College, Jammu University concluded here today. Around 40 university and college teachers drawn from various institutions of the State successfully completed these courses. Both the UGC sponsored courses were organized by the Academic Staff College, JU in collaboration with the Department of Hindi and the Department of Economics.
Prof Harbahajan Singh Bhatia, Director Academic Staff College, GNDU, Amritsar was the chief guest at the valedictory function which was presided by Dr. P.S Pathania, Director ASC. Prof Neelam Saraf and Prof Rajinder Gupta, Course Directors for the two respective refresher courses were the guests of honour. Dr. Javed Iqbal, Dr. Rohani Sharma and Dr. Shashi Prabha presented the participants report on the occasion. The participants and the guests were earlier welcomed by Ranjeet Kalra, Assistant .Professor, Academic Staff College, Jammu University.
