Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 to be Held in Jammu, Ladakh

JAMMU, July 27: The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) for Jammu and Ladakh is set to conduct its outreach program, Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0, at two venues on July 29, 2024. The program aims to address grievances, raise awareness, and provide handholding support to workers and employers.
Venue 1:
Location: JKSRTC Rail Head Complex M.A Jammu
Time: 10:30 AM onwards
Venue 2:
Location: Community Hall, Skampuk, Hunder, Nubra, Leh, Ladakh
Time: 11:00 AM onwards
Grievance Redressal: P.F. Commissioner Shri Umesh Hiralal Borker, RPFC-II, RO Jammu and Ladakh, will personally hear grievances of workers and employers, ensuring prompt resolution.
Awareness and Education: The program will educate attendees about social security provisions, digital services, fraud prevention, and employees' rights.
Stakeholder Engagement: Subscribers, pensioners, establishments, employee representatives, and industrial chambers are encouraged to participate actively.
Special Sessions: Handholding sessions will help employers understand PF provisions and other modalities. Themes such as "Filing Grievance" on EPFiGMS and CPGRAMS portals, e-Nomination, Online Claim Filing, and KYC updates will be covered.
Pension Help Desk: A dedicated help desk will address pension-related issues and grievances on the spot.
Enrollment Services: UAN Activation, Bank & Aadhaar Seeding, online claim filing, and e-nominations will be facilitated.
Umesh Hiralal Borker urged all industries to extend social security benefits to all eligible employees from their first day of employment. He highlighted the importance of feedback and suggestions from stakeholders to improve EPFO services.
