| Khajuria appointed Govt. Observer for Handball | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 19- Vivek Khajuria chief coach of Jammu and Kashmir Central Handball team has been appointed as Government Observer in the discipline of Handball by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports for two years. It is for the first time in the history of state and the Police that any one from the state has achieved this honour. It may be recalled that Khajuria was the chief coach of the National Handball team before this assignment and had won gold medal in South Asian Handball championship (Men/women) held at Dhaka Bangladesh in 2000 and also the 7th place in the third Handball championship held at Aman Jordan in 2008. S Owais IGP Armed Police has felicitated Khajuria on his appointment as government observer by government of India.
