DLSA, MC Ramban holds Jashn-e-Safai Utsav under Swachhata Pakhwada - 2024

RAMBAN, Aug 2: In a remarkable display of community engagement and commitment to cleanliness and sustainability, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ramban under the aegis of J&K Legal Services Authority organized a cleanliness drive in collaboration with Housing & Urban Development Department & Municipal Committee, Ramban under Swachhata Pakhwada - 2024 ‘Jashn-e-Safai Utsav’.
Under the leadership of Chairman, DLSA (Principal District & Sessions Judge), Ramban, Ranbir Singh Jasrotia, the “Swachhata Pakhwada” witnessed enthusiastic participation of Judicial Officers from District Court Complex, Ramban, dedicated staff members of District Judiciary Ramban, members of Legal Aid Defense Counsel (LADC), Penal Lawyers, devoted Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) and diligent officials from the Municipal Committee, Ramban.
During this campaign, the Chairman DLSA delivered an inspiring address on the importance of sustainability and the adoption of eco-friendly alternatives. His words resonated with the audience, reminding everyone of the need for sustainable practices to preserve our environment for future generations.
The event commenced with a cleanliness drive within the District Court Complex. Participants in a collective effort to clean and beautify their surroundings took up brooms to sweep away the debris of neglect, breathing new life into the surroundings.
