JAMMU, MARCH 20 – Governor, Mr. N. N. Vohra, has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Nauroz.
In his message of felicitations, the Governor said that the festival has both cultural and religious significance. He said that the day is also observed as World Arbour Day, adding that all of us should join hands in planting more and more trees for preserving the environment around us.
The Governor hoped that the auspicious occasion would be the harbinger of harmony, brotherhood, peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
