Jammu, Aug 7: Special Judge, Anti-Corruption and CBI cases, Bala Jyoti on Wednesday sent three accused, including a revenue department official, on a 14-day judicial remand on the charges of demanding and accepting a bribe in Udhampur district.
The three accused Mohammad Yousaf Shah, Patwari, halqa Soal, Mohammad Arif Quadir and Parvaiz Akhter were produced before the Special Judge by Investigating Officer Sunil Kumar Meena, Dy. Superintendent of Police CBI ACB, Jammu who prayed for judicial remand of accused for a period of 14 days as investigation is still incomplete.

Investigations of the case are at its infancy, statements of material witnesses are yet to be recorded.
