| Quiz competition on "Freedom Struggle" held at GDC Ramgarh | | |  Early Times Report
RAMGARH, Aug 8: As part of the 77th Independence Day celebrations, Government Degree College (GDC) Ramgarh organized a "Quiz Competition on Freedom Struggle" under the patronage of the Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Geetanjli Andotra. The event focused on enhancing students' knowledge about the Indian Freedom Struggle, emphasizing key historical figures, pivotal events, and significant movements that shaped the nation's history.
Prof. Brahm Dutt (NSS PO) welcomed the attendees and highlighted the importance of such events in fostering historical awareness and civic responsibility among students. He stressed the relevance of studying the freedom struggle to appreciate the sacrifices made by our ancestors and to inspire current and future generations.
The quiz competition was conducted among various student groups and each group comprised three participants/students. Ashok Kumar (PTI) conducted the whole proceedings of the quiz. He posed questions to students which were enthusiastically answered by them.
