Desperation after losing political ground forcing Farooq to make baseless statements: Kavinder
8/11/2024 8:57:33 PM
Early Times Report

BISHNAH, Aug 11: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta today lambasted NC leader Farooq Abdullah’s allegations of collusion between Indian Army troops and terrorists, calling it as utterly baseless and reflective of his desperation after losing political relevance.
Speaking at the programme here today, the senior BJP leader said Farooq Abdullah’s reckless and baseless accusations are nothing but a desperate attempt to regain lost political ground.
“His insinuations of collusion between our honorable Indian Army and terrorists are not only unfounded but also a grave insult to the brave men and women who sacrifice their lives to protect our nation.”
“It is reprehensible that Farooq Abdullah would stoop to such low levels, making such incendiary statements that can only serve to demoralize our troops and embolden our enemies.
His heart beats for Pakistan and not for the soldiers who work in adverse conditions in Jammu and Kashmir and on the borders. Farooq should apologize to the country. His thinking is expressed through his words,” he added.
While addressing the Tridev Sammelan at Sohagpur in Bishnah Assembly Constituency, Kavinder highlighted the pivotal role of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s newly designated trio of Booth President, women, and youth activists, collectively termed ‘Tridev’.
He emphasized that these individuals are crucial for extending the party’s reach and impact, ensuring that its policies and public welfare schemes penetrate every household within their respective booths.
The senior BJP leader stressed that this trio will serve as the foundational team at the grassroots level, working diligently to coordinate with senior party officials.
Their primary responsibility will be the effective implementation of party policies, programs, and public welfare initiatives.
Kavinder urged party workers to prepare vigorously for the forthcoming Assembly elections, stressing the importance of their roles in securing a decisive victory for the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir.
He called for unwavering dedication and strategic effort from every member of the Tridev team to achieve the party’s objectives and to reinforce its commitment to the people’s welfare and development.
Prominent among those who were present include Sri Kant, MLA Mathura UP, Ashwani Sharma, ex MLA, Dharmender DDC Chairman, Surekha DDC Chairman, Sunil Shastri Dist President Border, Rajinder Chib, Munish Khajuria , Inder jit Vistarak, Sushil Kumar, Davinder and Rakesh as Mandal Presidents.
