On the eve of “ World Forest day”, members of “Global Green Peace and environmental Protection” GGPEP a NGO in collaboration with “adult, continuing education and extension” university of Jammu, Jammu organized “ World Forestry day” at Indo-Pak Border of Suchetghar constituency at Model Public School Somka, in which 50 students took active parting by planting 200 plants in the school campus. They purify air, control pollution to some extent regular the climate replenish ground water, decrease the run off rate of rain water, control floods, prevent soil erosion and maintain its fertility.
