Jammu, Aug 16: Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj celebrated 78th Independence Day under the guidance of Col (Retd) R K Sharma-Chairman and S Daljeet Singh-President with enthusiasm and gaiety. Sardar Sunder Singh, ESM hoisted National Flag on behalf of Samaj. On the occasion he narrated the importance of the day and emphasized that we should always work for brotherhood, patriotism, nationhood and national integration. He also shared the glorious moments with Gen KV Krishna Rao, Gen Vikram Singh and Brig Pritam Singh during his service.
Miss Suhani Sharma and Miss Prachi Raina alongwith a group of children presented a colourful cultural programme on Casio / Piano as patriotic songs, group songs, poems and speeches on the occasion. Col R K Sharma-Chairman, S Daljeet Singh-President, Dr Charanjeet Sharma, S Baldev Singh, Mr Munish Raina-CA, Mr Vikas Bali, Mr Saman Deep Singh, Ex Nk Parshotam SIngh and Ex ZEPO Hem Raj Ranyal also spoke on the occasion.
