Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 17: Rich Floral Tributes were paid to Prof Bhim Singh, the founder of J&K National Panthers Party on his birthday in Shridhanjali Sabha organized at the party Office at Jammu. His birthday was celebrated as Haq Insaf Divas. JKNPP workers, well wishers and relatives of Prof. Bhim Singh remembered his great contributions for the whole of mankind. Vilakshan Singh, President, J&K National Panthers Party Bhim while speaking on the occasion said that Prof Bhim Singh was a politician par excellence. He never compromised in any situation however adverse the same may be. Be it draconian Resettlement Act or the bill depriving the women of their status of being state subject after marriage, Prof. Bhim Singh fought against all sorts of discrimination irrespective of caste, colour or creed of the deprived class. Prof Bhim Singh was the most secular leader in the country. Once he was convinced that wrong has been committed to someone, he fought tooth and nail against injustice meted out to any person without caring for his religion, caste or creed.
Vilakshan appealed to the public to strengthen J&K National Panthers Party Bhim so that the unfulfilled dreams of Prof. Bhim Singh may be realized and justice may be provided to all sections of the society without any discrimination. Singh said that J&K National Panthers Party Bhim is the only recognized party in J&K which has always fought for the preservation of Dogra identity. He said that in the present scenario being witnessed by the UT of J&K, the need of strengthening this regional party has increased manifold. Vilakshan appealed to the voters of J&K to vote for the candidates of J&K National Panthers Party Bhim so that grievances of the public can be addressed in an effective manner and injustice being meted out to the public particularly the Dogras can be undone.
