In a disturbing incident in Poonch district a rabid dog attacked 12 individuals, including school children and women, leaving them injured and raising serious concerns about public safety. This alarming event is not an isolated case but rather a reflection of a growing problem across the entire Jammu region.
The surge in the population of rabid dogs poses a significant threat to residents, demanding immediate and effective measures to address this crisis.

The rising number of rabid dogs across Jammu demands a comprehensive and sustained response. By implementing effective control measures, raising public awareness, and ensuring access to medical treatment, we can protect the safety and well-being of residents and prevent future tragedies.
