NAGROTA, Aug 24: Brigadier PS Cheema, SM, VSM, Group Commander, Jammu Group (NCC), made a significant visit to the Training Academy in Nagrota, where he engaged with cadets undergoing the rigorous Training and Selection Camp (Pre-TSC-III Camp). His visit was highlighted by his interaction with the cadets, an observation of their training activities, and an inspirational address that resonated deeply with the young participants.
The visit by Brigadier Cheema underscored the importance of mentorship, leadership, and motivation in shaping the future leaders of the military. The Pre-TSC-III Camp, known for its demanding training regimen, focuses on instilling character, discipline, and leadership qualities in cadets. During his visit, Brigadier Cheema spent valuable time with the cadets, learning about their training experiences and providing them with a unique opportunity to interact with a decorated officer.

Colonel RS Jasrotia, SM, along with other officers of the Jammu Group Battalions, briefed Brigadier Cheema on the selection and training process for cadets participating in various TSC events. They also discussed strategies for achieving a podium finish in the upcoming competitions. Brigadier Cheema took the opportunity to meet with the selected cadets for TSC events and firers, offering them his encouragement and support.
