BLSKS presents 454th Nukkad Natak “Apne Hath Jagannath”

JAMMU, Aug 30: To celebrates the 'National Small Industry Day 2024' & to promote the traditional Culture of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan, in coordination with Sangam Tru Art Production presented Nukkad Natak in its 454th Friday Series Musical Play "APNE HATH JAGANNATH " at Rehearsal Hall, Durga Bhawan , Janipur Jammu. The programe was inaugurated by the chief guest V.K. Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Among the Guest of Honors present were Anju Dogra, Health Department Jammu, Romesh Chander, Advisor, Shashvat art Gallery Jammu, Mukesh Singh, Press Media Person, Jammu. The day commemorated as well with sole aim of rejuvenating the traditional , Primitive Folk, Art, Culture of J&K Region. The Specially items prepared on the theme "Apne Hath Jagannath", "Mahre Tahre Loken De Khuli ge naseeb Ji", "Kam Kaz karo", "Hum har kaam sambav kar sakta hai", "Ghar Lauke Udyog Lane apne hath mehtav kari paise kamane", Nukkad, Skits, Songs were presented to aware the masses. The chief guest said every year, on August 30th, India dedicates National Small Industry Day to honor and acknowledge the vital role played by small industries in the nation's economic advancement. This event serves as a platform for both central and state governments to underscore their commitment to fostering and sustaining these foundational businesses, which serve as the backbone of India's economy. Beyond fueling economic growth, these small-scale enterprises significantly contribute to job creation for a substantial segment of the population. The efforts of the organizers in making such awareness programmes colorful and effective. The artists of BLSks presented theme based songs which were written by Dr. M.L. Dogra & the music was composed by Raju Bajgal, Music Instructor BLSKS. The program was also recorded & uploaded online on Social Media for benefit of the peoples.
Welcome speech was given by Dr. M.L. Dogra, Chairman, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan said National Small Industry Day holds remarkable significance for the nation's emerging entrepreneurs. It contributes to cultivating a self-reliant ecosystem, ultimately bolstering the nation's economic well-being. The emergence of medium and small-scale industries has created a dynamic environment, impacting both rural and urban sectors. The growth of industries has also helped in reducing India's trade deficit and improving its balance of payments. In conclusion, industries in India have played a crucial role in shaping the country's economy and have the potential for even further growth and expansion. In a country like India, the small scale industries play a very important role in generating employment, improving the financial status of people, development of rural areas and removing the regional imbalances. To help in the development of the rural areas of the economy. To play an active role in reducing the regional imbalances in the nation. To help in improving the standard of living for people in rural areas. To ensure there is equal distribution of wealth and income.
Usha Raina, Troupe Incharge BLSKS said small scale industries can help maintain regional balance by providing employment opportunities in various regions, reducing the need for migration. Shorter Production Time: Small scale industries have a quicker production cycle compared to large scale industries. This can facilitate the flow of money in the economy.
The singers, musician and actors who performed were Raju Bajgal, KK Joshi, MC Kotwal, Rajni Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar, Chahat Chadha, Bindia Okheda, Zulekha Bano, Sudesh Manhas, kamla Devi, Naiya Digra, Renu Bala.
