Dps jammu students win gold medals in district level roll ball championship

Jammu, Aug 30: Students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning gold medals in various categories in District Jammu Roll Ball Championship organized by Roll Ball Association of Jammu & Kashmir held at M.A Stadium, Jammu from 28-29 August, 2024. All the winners had also received merit certificates. The details of the winners are as under:
• Mujtaba Sajad (IV-G) – 1 gold and 1 silver medal in U-11 boys category.
• Divansh Kandroo (IV-I) – 2 gold medals in U-11 boys category.
• Yuvan Gandotra (V-C) - 2 gold medals in U-11 boys category.
• Khevna Gupta (V-B) - 1 gold medal in U-11 girls category.
• Dhwani Nanda (VI-C) - 1 silver medal in U-14 girls category.
• Astitva Choudhary (VI-E) - 2 silver medals in U-14 boys category.
• Urwah Sajad (VII-F) - 1 gold medal in U-14 girls category.
Earlier, Astitva Choudhary, Dhwani Nanda and Urwah Sajad had also participated in 16th Sub-Junior National Roll Ball Championship-2023 held at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
The esteemed management DPS Jammu, Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC-Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra and staff congratulated all the winners and their parents for their achievement. Further, they also extended their best wishes to them for all their future endeavours.
