RAMNAGAR, Sept 3: Government Degree College Ramnagar successfully organized a thought-provoking lecture on the "Importance of Voting in Democracy" under the esteemed patronage of Prof. (Dr.) Bhavnaish Chand Anthal. The event, aimed at raising awareness about the significance of voting in a democratic society, drew considerable participation from both faculty members and students.
The lecture was organized by Prof. Sunil Kumar, the Nodal Officer for SVEEP (Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation) at GDC Ramnagar. Prof. Sanjay Malhotra, alongside Prof. Jeevan Kumar, co-ordinated the programme, ensuring its smooth execution. The session was well-attended by other prominent faculty members, including Prof. (Dr.) Puyesh Kant Sharma, Prof. Tanmeet Kour, and several others, who contributed to the engaging discussions that followed the lecture.
