| Crackdown on illegal mining, 3 vehicles detained | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 3: In a drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators, Jammu Police has initiated strict action against the criminals involved in illegal mining & minting money out of the public resources.
In a surprise operation which was carried at different locations in Rural zone of District Jammu.
PP Pounichak detained two vehicles:-
Dumper bearing registration number No. JK02BW 1582 loaded with crusher bajri in contravention of form A.
Tractor trolly Mahendra 575 bearing chassis number JKBE04571 loaded with boulder without permission.
SHO PS Domana detained one one tractor trolley at SOS Gole Gujral for illegal mining loaded with soil and without Form-A,bearing Engine no is DC3009SAE09676, chassis no is MBNAV53ADKCE27245.
After detaining of these vehicles District Mining Officer was informed for necessary legal actions.
Jammu Police is committed for protecting the public property and to eradicate the menace illegal mining in the area. |
