SAMBA, Sept 3: Police has traced out a missing boy within 24 hours from Amritsar, Punjab in a kidnapping case registered at Police Station Vijaypur and reunited him with family. On 02.09.2024, a written report was lodged at Police Station Vijaypur by the father of missing boy, a resident of village Thalori tehsil Vijaypur district Samba, stating therein that his son went to market and did not return. All efforts were made out by the family members but the whereabouts of the missing boy could not be ascertained. Acting on complaint, a case FIR No. 121/2024 u/s 137(2) BNS has been registered at Police Station Vijaypur and search started to trace out the said missing boy. A police team of PS Vijaypur headed by SHO PS Vijaypur after hectic efforts and with the help of technical analysis has traced out said missing boy from Amritsar (Punjab) within 24 hours and handed over to his legal heirs after completing all legal formalities. |
