Various flagship schemes launched by Modi Govt for benefit of common masses: Vikram Randhawa

JAMMU, Sept 3: Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Vikram Randhawa said that various flagship schemes have been launched by the Narendra Modi led Central Government for the benefit of the common masses.
He also added that the administration of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir under the guidance of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has taken many steps to create supportive infrastructure, schemes and policies to meet the aspirations of young population.
Former Legislator Vikram Randhawa stated this during Public Outreach programme at Narwal Panchayat of Bahu Assembly Segment.
He was accompanied by Amit Gupta, Surjeet Sonu, Tarun Sharma, Mohinder, Ajay Kaka, Gulshan Sharma, Girdhari Lal, Anil Kumar, Anwar, Lateef and many others.
He said that the BJP has come up with an inclusive agenda of development, growth, investment and creating opportunities for the youth--skilled, unskilled and educated. The initiatives put into action will transform Jammu and Kashmir, irrespective of region, religion, caste or ethnicity.
He said the BJP believes in Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, which has been guiding force behind governance.
While referring to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi about Jammu and Kashmir, Former Legislator said that while the economically marginallised segments of the society have been brought under Ayushman Bharat scheme as part of health for all across the country, it has been made applicable as Ayushman Sehat in the Union Territory with benefits of Rs 5 lakh medical cover to every family without any economic slab. This reflects the intent of the BJP to ensure holistic progress of Jammu and Kashmir, he added.
Former MLC said that various flagship schemes were launched by the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi including Ayushman Health Card, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Atal Pension Yojana (APY), Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, etc for the benefit of the common masses.
"Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working on the theme of 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas' and is committed for the overall development of the areas of Jammu", Randhawa said, adding that no ward will be deprived of basic amenities and development of every citizen is our main motto.
He said that many projects are in pipeline for Jammu which will change the face of the city.
He said that J&K has a large pool of excellent human resources and a favourable demographic profile, which is receiving more and more attention from India Inc, interested to transform UT's economic landscape.
