Speaking to media persons after filing nomination of NC Candidate Ch Javed Iqbal from Budhal Constituency in District Rajouri, the senior NC leader asserted that the BJP leadership should come forward and clarify what tangible efforts they have made for the people of the Pir Panjal area, questioning why there is increasing frustration and disappointment among the locals towards the BJP.
Rattan Lal emphasized that the people of whole Pir Panjal area are suffering due to the lack of essential infrastructure, healthcare, and educational facilities. He further added that despite the BJP's promises, the ground realities remain bleak, with little to no development seen in these critical sectors.

He assured the people that the JKNC government will work tirelessly to provide better roads, reliable electricity, clean drinking water, and quality healthcare, ensuring no area is left behind.
