Union Ministry of MSME organizes Exhibition cum Trade Fair at Eco Park Leh

LEH, Sept 6: MSME-Development Nucleus Cell, Ladakh the field office of Union Ministry of MSME implements various schemes and activities for the benefit of MSME Sector for Ladakh with jurisdiction of both District's Leh and Kargil. The activities including Entrepreneurship Awareness Program, Intellectual Property Rights Awareness Program, Procurement Marketing Support Scheme Awareness Program, PM-Vishwakarma Seminar, PM-Vishwakarma Awareness Workshop, Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Program, Management Development Program, Reimbursement of Barcode Expenditure, Reimbursement of Stall Charges, To and From Charges, Advertising Expenditure for participating in various exhibitions conducted in all parts of the Country.
Exhibition cum Trade Fair on PM Vishwakarma is being organized by MSME-Development Nucleus Cell at Eco Park, Leh, Ladakh from 06.09.2024 to 08.09.2024.
The programme is being inaugurated by Dr.Pawan Kotwal IAS, Advisor to LG Ladakh in the presence of Ghulam Mehdi, Executive Coucillor (Industries), Stanzin Chosphel, Executive councillor (Agriculture), Mohammad Nazir Sheik, JKAS, Tsering Morup, Convenor, UTLBC, Ladakh and other dignitaries and vishwakarmas participated from various parts of Ladakh. Vishwakarma artisans of Ladakh.
During the welcome address G.Velladurai IEDS, Joint Director MSME DNC, Ladakh informed about the aim and objectives of the event. He has mentioned that UT of Ladakh is progressing day by day which is evident from the statistics of registrations and loan disbursal to the PM Vishwakarma beneficiaries Rs.70,72,000 for artisans. In the Exhibition arrangements for making QR codes by the experts who have arrived from New Delhi are being made. As per the scheme guidelines Stipend for participating in the exhibition, transportation charges and hotel charges for the artisans and helpers has also provisioned.
