Jammu all set to decide next government for J&K: Rana
9/8/2024 10:07:28 PM
Early Times Report
DANSAL, Sept 8: Senior BJP leader Mr Devender Singh Rana today declared that the Jammu region is all set to decide next government for Jammu and Kashmir, which will be inclusive with peace, harmony, development, progress and empowerment of youth, farmers, poor and marginalized top on its agenda.
Addressing a public gathering along with senior leader Nand Kishore Sharma in Panchayat Kathar Lower of Dansal Mandal in the Nagrota Assembly Constituency here, Devender Rana said while the Jammu region is girding up its loins to decide the future of Jammu and Kashmir, the entire nation will see democracy triumphing on October 8.
He called upon Karykartas to work for the massive mandate for the BJP, surpassing the previous tally this time around so that the Jammu region can play a pivotal role in shaping the socio-economic trajectory of Jammu and Kashmir. The new government will be fully dedicated to satiate the urges and aspirations of the people in both the regions and sub-regions with end to discrimination unleashed by successive political governments and appeasement to none, he added.
Rana said the BJP led NDA government has brought about a discernible turnaround in the overall scenario of Jammu and Kashmir, especially the Valley, with peace not only dawning but getting consolidated since the post August 5, 2019 political developments. The people are now realizing the dividends of peace with tourism gaining momentum, economic activity scaling new heights and the situation limping back near to normal, he said and castigated the political players that are hell bent on disturbing the prevailing stability and resorting to an anarchical situation again.
Devender Rana said the ongoing elections are a battle for regaining the lost pristine glory of Jammu and Kashmir and pushing it to a dark tunnel of violence and mayhem. The BJP is standing for upholding the honour and dignity of every segment of society from Uri to Lakhanpur and Gurez to Poonch, he said, asserting that nobody will be allowed to disturb the developmental momentum. Those playing politics on graveyards better understand it and stop hoodwinking the public opinion by igniting passions, he added.
Speaking on the occasion, Senior leader Nand Kishore Sharma said vote and support to the BJP in the ongoing elections will strengthen the hands of Yashasvi Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has been relentlessly striving for overall growth and prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir.
Sharma said the unwavering commitment of the BJP to build Naya Jammu and Kashmir as per the agenda of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas is going to be reality in next five years with the double engine government utilizing all resources for progress and development in this part of the country.
