DIET Poonch bagged 2nd position at Divisional Science Seminar

POONCH, Sept 9: In a proud moment for District Poonch, Yasmeen Akhter, a student of High School Draba, secured the 2nd position in the Divisional Level Science Seminar on the topic "Artificial Intelligence: Future and Concerns." The seminar, organized by SCERT Jammu, saw participation from ten districts of the Jammu division. Yasmeen, hailing from Draba a remotest area, earned this prestigious recognition after excelling in the District Level Science Seminar, which was conducted by DIET Poonch on September 4, 2024. The top two students from the district level advanced to the divisional competition. Principal DIET Poonch extended heartfelt congratulations to Yasmeen, her school staff, and the Head of Institution of HS Draba. Special acknowledgment was also given to the DIET faculty for their guidance, follow-up, and support in helping the students succeed. It is noteworthy that District Poonch continues to shine, with three students recently qualifying for the National Level Science Exhibition.
