JAMMU, Sept 12: S.D. Tara Puri Public High School, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, hosted an Oral Health Awareness and Dental Checkup Camp organized by the Department of Public Health Dentistry from Indira Gandhi Govt. Dental College, Jammu. The camp was led by Dr. Iqbal Singh and aimed to promote better oral health habits among students while offering essential dental care.
Around 400 students participated in the event, receiving comprehensive dental checkups and valuable guidance on maintaining oral hygiene. The students were also educated on proper brushing techniques and the importance of regular dental checkups.
The initiative was highly appreciated by both the students and faculty, with school authorities praising the dental team for their efforts in raising awareness about oral health among young minds. |
