POONCH, Sept 13: Indian Army conducted a Medical Patrol at Balmatkote and Keri Kangra. The event was attended by 105 local civilians including 23 children, along with 13 army personnel. This outreach was aimed at providing essential medical services and strengthening the bond between the local community and the Indian Army.
The participation of such a significant number of local residents demonstrated the growing trust and rapport between the community and the armed forces, cultivated through consistent and supportive engagement in the region. During the medical patrolling, the army's medical team conducted primary health check, addressing various medical concerns of the attendees.
The team provided basic medical care, including the distribution of essential medicines, and offered health advice focused on preventive measures and maintaining overall well-being.
