| Migrant voters to vote by postal ballot | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, MARCH 24 – According to a notification issued by Election Commission of India, the migrant electors enrolled in any of the Parliamentary constituencies of Baramulla, Srinagar and Anantnag residing outside their place of residence can cast their votes by postal ballot. The electors can exercise their right of franchise by postal ballot subject to the fulfillment of the requirements specified in the rules. |
