RS PURA, Sept 17: To mark the launch of Swachhta Hi Seva Campaign (SHS) 2024, NSS Unit organised Swachhta Pledge in GDC RS Pura under the able guidance of worthy Principal Prof. (Dr.) Preetpal Kour on 17th September, 2024. SHS 2024 is a massive mass movement that seeks to create a Clean India. Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) campaign is being celebrated from 17th September to 1st October, 2024 .The worthy Principal highlighted on the importance of this event to reinforce the concept of sanitation as everyone's business; and as a prelude for the Swachh Bharat Diwas (2nd October) with nationwide participation. She also emphasized that such events would continue to inspire the students the strive for better and cleaner future. The program was coordinated by Dr. Shivani Manchanda. Prominent faculty members present in the event were Dr. Neena Gupta (HOD English), Dr. Savtanter Kour (HOD History), Dr. Raj Kumari (HOD Hindi), Dr. Kiran Pathania, Prof. Neelam Kumari (HOD Education) and Dr. Savleen Kour. |
