JAMMU, Sept 18: The Eco Club 'Tawishi' and NSS unit 'Veerangana' of Government College for Women (GCW) Bhagwati Nagar kicked off their Swachh Bharat Diwas celebrations by organizing a Swachhata Pledge Event. The event, themed "Swabhav Swachhata - Sanskaar Swachhata," aimed to promote cleanliness and environmental awareness, marking the beginning of a series of activities dedicated to the cause. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty, who united in their commitment to creating a cleaner, greener future. Dr. Meeru Abrol, Principal of GCW Bhagwati Nagar, delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the importance of individual responsibility in maintaining cleanliness and protecting the environment.
