| Surinder wins singles event in Carrom | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, March 25: Surinder Kumar of Survey of India (SOI) clinched the singles title in the Carrom Tournament which was organised by Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee (CGEWCC) at Recreation Club of Accountant General (AG) Office, here.
Surinder bagged the title beating Sunil Kumar of AG Office in close but straight sets final.
The doubles trophy went to the pair of Surinder Kumar and P K Arya of SOI, who trounced the duo of Surinder Kumar and Doulat Ram of AG Office in straight sets. |
