Third & final randomization of polling staff held

REASI, Sept 22: The final/third randomization of the polling staff for deployment across 436 polling stations in AC 56-Gulabgarh (ST), AC-57 Reasi, and AC-58 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi was held here today in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex.
The process of staff development was conducted under the supervision of General Observer AC-56 Gulabgarh (ST) Saroj Kumar Sethi and General Observer for AC-57 & AC-58 Avi Prasad in the presence of District Election Officer (DEO), Vishesh Mahajan.
During the third randomization, as many as 2140 employees were assigned their final polling stations in Respective Assembly constituencies.
The randomization process was conducted through dedicated software as per the prescribed guidelines of the Election Commission of India (ECI), ensuring fairness and impartiality in the deployment of polling staff to three Assembly constituencies of District Reasi.
The whole process was video recorded as per the laid guidelines of the Election Commission of India.
The third randomization involved a computerized process that ensures polling officials are placed randomly, reinforcing the credibility of the electoral process and preventing any bias. Dy. DEO Reasi Rakesh Kumar, RO-57 Anshumali Sharama, Nodal Officer IT/ETPBS Asheesh, and others concerned were present during the randomization process.
