\Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari urges people to use their vote wisely
9/24/2024 10:21:37 PM
Early Times Report

Srinagar, Sept 24: A day before the second phase of polling for the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari appealed to the electorate, urging them to vote wisely and not be swayed by the fake promises and emotional sloganeering of traditional political parties.
Pertinently, in the second phase of polling, people will vote tomorrow, Wednesday, in 26 constituencies across six districts, including Ganderbal, Srinagar, Budgam, Poonch, Reasi, and Rajouri. In his message, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said, “I request everyone to use the power of their vote wisely tomorrow. It is important that people vote wisely and not get influenced once again by the false promises and emotional slogans of the traditional regional parties.” He reminded people how the traditional regional parties, for their own political gains, have fooled them through misleading slogans and hollow promises over the years and decades. He said, “You must not forget that these parties have always deceived you and stolen your mandate through their misleading narratives. For years, they have kept you occupied with fake slogans like “Raishumari,” “Autonomy,” “Self-rule,” and others. They have misled you by symbolically showing you green cloth and pieces of Himalayan salt. They have ruled J&K for decades, yet they have failed to provide people with basic necessities and facilities. However, for themselves and their children, they have successfully built wealth and empires.” He went on to say, “Now it is up to you whether you allow these political exploiters to continue exploiting you, or you choose to put an end to this exploitation by using the power of your vote.” Requesting people to vote for Apni Party, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said, “Unlike the traditional parties, the Apni Party is contesting its first-ever assembly elections and is the youngest party in J&K.
Unlike others, we do not have any baggage of corruption or political exploitation. Therefore, I request you to give us a chance to serve, and we will ensure that our vision for a brighter future for Jammu and Kashmir is realized. Our vision is to ensure the political, social, and economic empowerment of the people in Jammu and Kashmir.”
