Vijaypur, Sept 24: Former Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir and Vice President of National Conference (NC), Omar Abdullah, will address a public rally today at Vijaypur constituency. Scheduled to arrive by helicopter at Thandi Khui Vijaypur at 2 PM, Omar Abdullah will address the rally after a brief rest at the nearby hotel. The rally, organized in support of Shri Rajesh Pargotra, National Conference’s candidate from Vijaypur (Constituency 71), is expected to attract a large gathering. Constituency Incharge, Shri Israr Khan (Ex-DIG), informed that comprehensive arrangements have been made, including shade and refreshments for the attendees.
This event builds on the momentum generated by NC President Dr. Farooq Abdullah's recent rally in Smailpur and is expected to draw a massive crowd. Senior Congress leaders are also expected to be in attendance, reflecting the growing political collaboration ahead of the upcoming elections. |
