9/27/2024 10:49:20 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 27: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader, Former Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Smriti Irani, Ex MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal addresses the mega public rally in bahufort, an important part of Bahu constituency, in favor of BJP candidate for Bahu constituency Vikram Randhawa. The event was attended by prominent figures, including BJP District President Jammu South, Rekha Mahajan, and others who were present on the occasion.
Smriti Irani emphasized the BJP's commitment to providing basic facilities to the people of J&K, urging voters to support Mr. Randhawa, the popular candidate for Bahu Constituency. She criticized Congress and regional parties for betraying the public's trust in J&K. She said that the NC, PDP, and Congress-the trio-have halted the progress of Jammu and Kashmir. "We have to take a pledge that people should not vote for such parties who have halted the progress of Jammu and Kashmir," Smriti Irani added.
Randhawa said, "Under the BJP government at the center of IIT and IIM, AIIIMS, express highways were built in J&K. After Article 370 was abrogated, Dalits, Gorkhas, and deprived have got protection under the constitution. He assured voters that he would fulfill their desires, developing Bahu Constituency as a model. He garnered support from voters, promising to address their concerns. He slammed Congress and regional parties for their past betrayals. Randhawa's vision for Bahu Constituency aligns with the BJP's agenda for J&K's growth. With the third phase of polling approaching, this public meeting aimed to rally support for Randhawa and the BJP.
As J&K prepares for the third phase of polling, Randhawa's commitment to development and public service has resonated with voters. With Smriti Irani and other prominent BJP leaders backing him, Randhawa is poised to make a significant impact in Bahu Constituency.
