| Facilities for the employees of Shrine Board, Katra | | | Early Times Report
KATRA, MARCH 26 (INFO)-With an aim to provide residential accommodation to the employees Shrine Board, Katra who are required to work for late hours and in shifts, the Shrine Board has raised a huge Residential Complex at Nomain on Katra –Jammu road.
The building includes three storied Officers Block comprises of six sets, each floor having two sets with two bed rooms, one bathroom, one dining hall, one store & a kitchen.
Three Storey Type – II Quarters comprises of six sets each having one bed room, one dining room, one drawing room, one bathroom & a kitchen.
Three Storey Hostel Block comprising of 32 sets of one room with attached bathroom and pantry with addition of one office, one recreation hall, one dining hall, one kitchen and a store for general use.
Also a three storey structure comprising of 12 sets of one room tenement with attached bath room and kitchen has recently been completed.
The total expenditure so far incurred on the project is about Rs.2.38 crore.
In addition to the new complex, the Shrine Board has already constructed residential accommodation for its employees at Vishram Ghar, (Niharika), on Banganga road and at Aghar Jittoo.
The Addl. Chief Executive Officer, SMVDSB, Shri M.K. Dwivedi disclosed that the Board is making concerted efforts to provide all possible facilities to its employees.
