Kavinder pays obeisance at Bawe Wali Mata Temple on first day of Navratri

JAMMU, Oct 3: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta, today paid obeisance at the ancient Bawe Wali Mata Temple on the auspicious occasion of the first day of the Navratri Festival.
Accompanied by party colleagues, the BJP stalwart sought the blessings of Mata Rani for the peace, prosperity, and well-being of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta highlighted the significance of Navratri as a time of spiritual rejuvenation and reflection. He urged people to participate in the festival with devotion and uphold the values of harmony and unity. "Navratri symbolizes the triumph of good over evil, and it is an opportunity for all of us to come together and pray for strength, health, and happiness," he remarked.
The former Deputy Chief Minister also extended his heartfelt wishes to the people, hoping that the festival brings positive change to every household. He lauded the rich cultural and religious heritage of Jammu, of which the Bawe Wali Mata Temple is a significant part, drawing thousands of devotees from across the region.
The senior BJP leader reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that religious festivals are celebrated peacefully and that the government remains dedicated to protecting and promoting Jammu's cultural legacy.
