| Notification issued for 2nd phase of LS polls | | | Early Times Report
Jammu: Udhampur Parliamentary constituency of Jammu and Kashmir, for which Notification has been issued today, will go to polls on April 23, during the second phase of Lok Sabha elections 2009.
Reports reaching Press Bureau of India said that April 4 has been fixed as the last date for making nominations, while as scrutiny of nomination papers will be done on April 6.
The last date for withdrawal of candidatures will be April 8. Polling, if necessary, will take place on April 23 from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M.
The election process in the Parliamentary constituency shall complete before May 28.
