| 2 notorious thieves arrested, stolen items recovered by police | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Oct 13: Police has arrested two notorious thieves and recovered stolen items from their possession in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur.
On 12.10. 2024, a written complaint was lodged by one Mohd Yaseen S/o Mohd Younes R/o Shah Talab Bari Brahmana regarding theft of electronic items from his private school at Ranjari including LCD and Printer.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR No. 136/2024 U/S 331(4)/305 BNS has been registered at Police Station Vijaypur and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, police party of Police Station Vijaypur led by SHO PS Vijaypur Insp Zaheer Mushtaq after continuous strenuous efforts along with scrutiny of CCTV footage of various locations and technical analysis, rounded up several suspects for questioning. Finally two suspects namely Atul Patyal @ Katti S/o Rishi Ram R/o Patti tehsil Vijaypur district samba and Sanjay Kumar @ Pidu @ Sanju S/o Ram Lal R/o Patti Tehsil Vijaypur District Samba confessed their involvement in the instant case. On their disclosure, stolen items including LCD, Camera DVR, printer, etc valuing rupees 77 thousands approximately have been recovered from Patti.
During further sustained questioning, following items were also recovered: Yamaha MT 150 Bike without Bearing Regd No., Chassis No. ME1RG6879P0009491, Engine No. G3N4E0564513, 02 Nos. Exide Batteries, Samsung Air Conditioner, Sony LED, Android Mobile (Realme), Electronic Voltage Stabilizer, Sujata Mixer Grinder, Hero Honda Splender Bike without Bearing reg No., Chassis No. MBLHA10EJ9HH00620, Engine No. HA10EA9HH495212
All the above said items have been recovered from village Patti and have been seized U/S 106 BNSS. Further investigation is going on. |
