| GoC inaugurates handball court at Kaluchak | | |

Jammu, Mar 28- Sports activities form an integral part of overall training of a soldier, especially for the development of sportsmanship, camaraderie and bonhomie which is to hold him in good stead in all spheres of Army and civil life said GOC Tiger Division while inaugurating a state- of- the- art synthetic handball court today at Kaluchak which was witnessed by a large gathering of Army personnel.
The General quoted “Jo khel ke maidan me vijeta hai who ladhai ke maidan me bhi vijeta hai”.
Having played an exhibition match on the new synthetic handball court on the eve of the inauguration day, when asked about his experience, Havildar CK Swain beamed with happiness and quoted “Zindagi mein pahali bar aisa badhiya ground mein khelane ka mauka mila aur sahi mein maza aya”.
