Dr Darakhshan Andrabi visits Dastgeer Sahib Shrine | | | Early Times Report KHANYAR, Oct 14: Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board Chairperson, Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, visited the revered Dastgeer Sahib Shrine at Khanyar, Srinagar, today to oversee the arrangements for the Annual Urs celebrations. The Urs, which attracts pilgrims from across the region, honors the legacy of Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jeelani, known as Dastgeer Sahib. During her visit, Dr. Andrabi reviewed the ongoing facilities at the shrine, ensuring the smooth coordination between the Waqf Board and various government departments. Speaking with pilgrims and management staff, she issued instructions for improving and updating services to enhance the overall experience for devotees.
