Jammu, Mar 30- A complaint cell was today established in the office of Assistant Returning Officer of 72-Jammu East Segment of 6-Jammu Parliamentary constituency.
According to Returning Officer, 72-Jammu East Assembly Constituency, the cell shall function round the clock for receiving and maintaining proper records of complaints and their early disposed.
