JAMMU, Oct 24: The Scholarship Committee of Government Degree College (GDC) Bishnah organized an awareness campaign in collaboration with the Social Welfare Department to inform students about various scholarship schemes under the National Scholarship Portal, Ministry of Social Welfare. The invited team briefed students on the application process, including required documents such as income certificates, domicile, Aadhaar cards, and caste certificates.
In an interactive session, student queries were thoroughly addressed. The program, conducted in the presence of committee members, began with a welcome by Dr. Sapna Bhargav and concluded with a vote of thanks from Prof. Rashmi Arya, the committee convenor. Principal Dr. Shallu Samyal praised the initiative. |
