| 800 poll staff imparted EVM training | | |

Rajouri, Mar 30- As many as 800 Presiding and Polling Officers were imparted training in the handling of Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) by master trainers at Government Higher Secondary School Rajouri and Thannamandi tehsil under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner, Defence, Rajouri.
As per the directions of the District Election Officer, Rajouri, S. Jaipal Singh, EVM training would also be conducted at Darhal and Koteranka on March 31 and at Nowshera and Sunderbani on April 1 respectively.
The third round of EVM training would be organized at Boys Higher Secondary School, Rajouri and Thannamandi on April 9, while for Darhal and Koteranka on April 10 and Kalakote, Nowshera and Sunderbani on April 4.The first round of training in Rajouri district for the poll staff has already been conducted on March 16, 18 and 20.
