KATRA, Oct 24: The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) organized an expert talk on the "Role and Importance of Music in Society" today. The event featured Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Head of the Department of Music at Government Degree College, Hiranagar, as the resource person. His insightful presentation captivated the audience, comprising NSS volunteers and faculty members, by exploring the multifaceted impact of music on individuals and society as a whole.
