JAMMU, Nov 8: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association (JKHCBA) has expressed deep sorrow and strong condemnation over the brutal killing of two Village Defence Guard (VDG) members, Nazir Ahmed and Kuldeep Kumar, in Kishtwar district. The duo was abducted and murdered by terrorists, underscoring the daily risks faced by those who protect the region.
The JKHCBA extended its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and urged the administration to provide substantial compensation in recognition of their sacrifice. While emphasizing the need for justice, the association called on the authorities to intensify efforts to capture those responsible and ensure the safety of all VDG members.
