| Police seize 3 vehicles for illegal mining | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Nov 8: Continuing its drive against illegal mining, Police has seized three vehicles in the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.
Police teams headed by Incharge Police Post Supwal and Incharge Police Post Rakh Amb Talli falling under Police Station Samba while performing patrolling duty in their respective jurisdictional areas, have seized three vehicles including a dumper bearing registration No. JK21D-0670 and a tractor trolleys bearing registration No. JK21G-0090 & a tractor trolley without registration No. which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material in the area.
The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Samba Police and handed over to Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further legal action.
