Sunderbani, Nov 9: Government Degree College Sunderbani, in collaboration with the Sub Division Police Office Nowshera, organized an extension lecture on “Cyber Crime” as part of the ‘Crime Free Jammu’ initiative. DSP Nowshera, Mr. Jaswant Singh, served as the keynote speaker, focusing on the importance of safe internet practices to combat cyber threats.
College Principal Dr. Ashu Vashisht welcomed attendees, sharing insights on cyber threats. DSP Singh advised students on identifying cyber traps and managing screen time effectively.
Over 100 students participated, engaging in a Q&A session to clarify doubts about digital security. Dr. Rakesh Kumar conducted the proceedings, with Dr. Vashisht extending gratitude to the speaker and encouraging students to prioritize online safety.
